N239AX (cn 39) Without doubt that's one of the nicest shots in my collection, I just like every bit of it. It was a rather quiet pre-season afternoon in LSZS, yet this beautiful Falcon made it so rewarding. The crew kept her low during take-off, retracted the gear and just at that moment the snow trailed off the spinning wheels. Together with the special Samedan sunshine the result is just incredible. The vortices on this thing are way beyond and are the very best the MD-11 can produce! Strangely enough the other MD-11s that morning didn't produce nearly as much. |
