N907TF (cn 107) As we were flying from Wichita, KS to North America's highest aerodrome - Leadville, Colorado (KLXV, elev. 9927ft / 3025m AMSL (and yes, I got the T-shirt)) - we only made our way into Garden City Regional for a quick touch and go, but had to delay our flight due to a minor tech problem. Seeing this immaculate 1977 Falcon 10 sitting on the ramp in glorious sunshine, begging to be photographed, was a true joy. Owned by Tyson Foods Inc based in Springdale Arizona. They probably stopping by visiting the large cattle farms in the area looking at some soon-to-be hamburgers? ;-) |

After it had passed the runway crossing connecting the main part of the airport with the easterly cargo ramp, the Martinair MD-11 was given clearance to cross the runway. After it had cleared the crossing an Airside Authority vehicle was cleared to do a quick runway check in between landings. |
