9M-MPD (cn 25701/997) Wow, I was lucky to get this one! While taking a shot of a SQ74 just south of this location, an LAPD motorcycle officer stopped to see what I was doing. As we talked, I spotted "Hibiscus" on downwind. Boy did I get excited! I told the officer how rare it was for this plane to visit LAX and I would love to get a shot of it. Luckily I made it back to this location with one minute to spare. So here she is, crossing Sepulveda Blvd. with the In-N-Out and small park just across the street in the background. |

N752PR (cn 27262/1012) As I view this shot it takes me back to that evening. The golden hue emanating from a setting sun, combined with a deep blue sky and a magnificent 747, is something one never forgets. This mixture of something so "manmade and mechanical" along with the "natural element" is a combination better than any pill for mental and physical well-being. So enjoy this PAL 74 about to land on 24R, as seen from the little park next to the In N Out. |

9V-SGB (cn 499) Well, the little park across from the In N Out Burger restaurant seems to be the aviation photographer's spot of choice at LAX, as demonstrated by the man taking a photo of this aircraft. [Canon 10D] |

N796AN (cn 30796/316) Yet another perspective from the In N Out / small park area on the approach to 24R. As you can see it's the perfect combo, an In N Out meal along with a 777 over your shoulder. (My son was nice enough to pose for this shot) For the locals and visitors to LAX, this is a wonderful place to meet up and get acquainted. I personally have met dozens of photographers here from all over the world, and I couldn't think of a better place to do it! |

N637US (cn 23548/644) The In & Out Burger at LAX seen from a different perspective. Higher up in the air. Paul Paulsen has shown us what awesome pictures you can get right from the restaurant. Not a lot beats this spot, delicious homemade burgers and one airplane after the other. Come to L.A.......... |

B-2460 (cn 24348/792) For the longest time I’ve pondered just how to shoot an approaching aircraft passing by the In-N-Out burger restaurant, and I think I’ve got it. In this shot you can see just how close the "Big Ones" come to you. There’s nothing better than sitting out side, eating a "Double Double" Animal style, and having a 747 scream past you! It's such a rush! So if you ever visit LAX, head north on Sepulveda and stop by the In-N-Out, It's an experience you will never forget!! |

B-18210 (cn 33734/1353) Everyone can relate to a scene like this one. To relax on the grass, or just stand there, or maybe even take a few shot of this beauty as she passes by you. It does a world of good for you mentally and physically. Green grass, blue skies, and a gentle breeze off the ocean has made this my favorite place to hang out. And if you get hungry the In N Out burger joint is just across the street. Now are you ready for a visit to LAX? Look what your missing if you don't. Landing 24R. |

B-HOR (cn 24631/771) Ah, the first day of winter, or to be exact... the winter solstice. Wednesday the 21st of December was a busy weekday around LAX. As you can see, the traffic is jammed all the way back past 24R. Something we don't normally see on the weekends. The fact that Christmas was a mere 4 days away also played a role in the hustle and bustle. Wintertime here in So Cal is the wet season so everything is usually green with blue skies. You got to love it! |
