N644AA / 5BP (cn 24602/365) This a/c operated flight AA77 IAD-LAX on Sep.11, 2001. It was hijacked and deliberately crashed into the Pentagon building in Washington, D.C. This event was the third in a series of orchestrated terrorist attacks on 9/11 |

N643AA (cn 24601/360) Manufactured in 1991. [AAL660:(SXM-JFK)] Inbound to runway 13L at JFK. Runway 13R and the Air Train are seen in this photograph just above the engine. The Belt Parkway is seen just in front of the engine; I would be taking this highway back home. Looking at this aircraft's registration reminds me of N644AA, the aircraft my cousin was lost on in 9-11 as it impacted the Pentagon. I would like to dedicate this photograph to James Debeuneure. Rest In Peace along with the others lost on AAL77. |

At its high point, prior to 9/11, United was dominating LAX, having space in T6 and T7. They constructed the Customs facility at T6 as well as a passenger walkway connecting the 2 terminals. The terminals above the Theme Building are 1 and 2, between which is a unique outdoor garden and rest area clearly visible. |

Overview of the "most talked about Parking Garage after 9/11". This is why so many people stayed up at the Garage. Great view of the airport and you were right at the action, when they landed RWY 4L and R. |

N705SW (cn 27839/20) Here is one of the reasons SNA's Air Carrier count only took one year to exceed its pre 9/11 traffic count. The 405 is not congested most off the day and provides good access compared to other southern California airports. |

N663AM (cn 25297/432) This photo was stolen and used in the famous 9/11 Pentagon Conspiracy Flash Movie. Seen in the beginning right after "In reality, a 757 was never found," you see this shot in motion moving across the screen. :-/ [Canon 10D] |

N***** Yes, finally our turn for a 07L departure. Whilst queuing on Delta, I had time to review the trip quick in mind with mixed feelings. Great feelings that the southwestern US has still a lot to offer concerning aviation... and sad feelings about being aviation enthusiast / photographer and sometimes being treated as a potential terrorist, with the big excuse of 9/11. Hope time will turns the tide... |

I tried hard to come up with a fitting comment but I prefer to let you come up with a comment for yourself given what happened on 9/11... |
