Crazy landing as you can see spoilers and the tire track clearly. Full frame and taken from Beacon Hill with 800 mm lens. |

J8-VBS (cn 249) [09:27] Disabled near runway 07 shortly after arrival when a normally covered drainage ditch was left open & caused severe structural damage to the starboard (fixed) undercarriage. Thankfully only the crew was onboard & no one was injured. [Canon 50D + EF 100-400mm L IS USM] |

EC-JOH (cn 731) By the looks of this, the number of people, you can understand this is not something we see every day! A very lucky incident for the passengers and people around this sector, but a very unlucky event for Iberia. Sitting here after two days from the incident. Simply a breathtaking view! Big isn't it? |

EC-JOH (cn 731) Skid off during landing. Certainly amazing, no one was hurt, but the damage is amazing. 3 Engines ripped out, wing lost, a landing gear ripped out, front gear collapsed! Note engine 1 and 2 totaly ripped facing an other way! Just look how close it was to this house and to the wall. |

RP-C4328 (cn 3042) April Fool's or sheer madness? Commonly known as SEA Air in these parts, last month a similar sized aircraft ditched just before this point. Luckily it was a freighter. Could this be the lowest approach in the world? I believe it's a contender, that's for sure!! |

CS-TKN (cn 624) This month of November had been really good for us spotters, with so many different things coming by!! Not being a different A/C, this one deserved some attention... These pilots were caught in some wind shear, and it was really close to total disaster, since the wing almost touched the ground! You can also see the stress in main landing gear... At that time, there were gusts up to 44 knots of crosswind, and heavy turbulence was reported! I'm glad that everything ended up well.. [Canon 40D + Sigma 120-400 |

N941DL (cn 49814/1602) I was lying in my bed at the hotel watching the aircraft arrivals and this MD-80 touched down right in front of the room. There were 2 loud bangs one after the other as both tyres burst on the rear right landing gear. The aircraft came to a skidding stop on the taxiway where flames started coming out from underneath. It took 4-5 minutes before anybody got out the emergency exits while the plane was burning on the ground. Sorry for the quality, it was an unexpected event! |

RA-42333 (cn 4520422606156) When boarding the plane broke all 4 tires the left main landing gear. The aircraft rolled to the end of the runway. When he stopped tires caught fire. The fire was extinguished very quickly. None of the passengers was hurt. |
