VH-OQA (cn 014) Not your normal "wing view"...seen here resting at the Imperial terminal, waiting for her return home on the inaugural revenue flight. Some have said that the wings flex from full of fuel resting position to nearly empty under full load during flight is 5 meters! Now that is flex. Look closely and see if you can spot what is reflected on the inboard engine...Hint: All Aboard!! |

9V-SKB (cn 005) The biggest wing just got bigger! Probably an optical illusion, due to its size, but those spoilers are the size of barn doors. Absolutely gigantic! Onboard SIA318, routing SIN-LHR. Today's flight was all of 13½ hours, extremely torturous if it wasn't for the fact SIA put on a top-notch show. Food, IFE and aircraft were all brilliant. Taken from seat 48A. Difficult shot due to there being 3 panes to shoot through, 2 of them being about 10 inches apart. We're touching down here at about 19.40LT, night's setting in. What a great flight! |

F-HPJA (cn 033) Air France operated CDG-LHR on training flights and priced the flights so that people wishing to fly the A380 could do so easily. A clever move as apparently the short flights were packed, Dwarfing the houses over which they fly on final |
