Cubana
Boeing 737-2P5/Adv
Miami - Opa-locka (OPF)
USA - Florida, April 2000
Remark
Photographer
N440GB (cn 21440/502) Strange sighting? This 737 was formerly with Airtran as N440GB. The aircraft has been stored here in OPF. The Cubana titles were painted on the aircraft for a filming. The other side, not seen, was painted with Alitalia livery. It was only for show. Note the strange registration "CU-DRF".

Untitled
Airbus A340-312
Brussels - National (Zaventem) / Melsbroek (BRU / EBBR / EBMB)
Belgium, September 1998
Remark
Photographer
F-OHPZ (cn 036) Now here's a special one, guys. I shot this picture when this aircraft was just on lease by Sabena. It was still flying in Ethiopian colours without titles but was never delivered to them. Shortly after this shot the plane was then painted in the previous white Sabena colourscheme but only with small darkblue Sabena-titles. The plane was then returned (to Airbus?) and shortly after that put into service with SriLankan, later then registered as 4R-ADD. Sadly, it was destroyed on July 24, 2001.
