G-CIVF (cn 25434/1058) Speedbird 177 to JFK in the long right hander. From this angle it seems like I've tilted the camera or something but this is how it looks when a 747 blasts out of the 'Row, turning directly over your head at speed! Awesome stuff! |

PH-BQC / QC-003 (cn 29397/461) Turning onto RW36L for an early evening departure. The winter sunlight nicely illuminating the engine. Coldest spotting session i ever had! [EF100-400mm] |

PH-BQC / QC-003 (cn 29397/461) Funny how one of the most powerful jet engines in the world is basically a lot of air: You can see right through it!! |

PH-KLE (cn 11270) Lining up runway 36C, with KLM 777 PH-BQC in the background. This photo nicely demonstrates the huge size of the GE90 engine, which has the same size as the fuselage of the F100! For a change, the heat haze provides a nice blurred background at 400mm focal length. |

PH-BQC / QC-003 (cn 29397/461) Overhead Crew Rest (OCR) for cabin crew on KLM's newly acquired Boeing 777-200ER. Six comfy bunks (earphone and laptop outlet, reading light, pillow, blanket and crew pyjamas) located above the ceiling between doors 3L and 3R. Other airlines have their cabin crew rest facility installed on the lower deck (LCR) on their "Triple Sevens". I'm sure the crew on KL0597/16 Jan to Cape Town had a proper night's sleep! |

PH-BQC / QC-003 (cn 29397/461) Can't get enough of these shots. With 1600x1200 pixels it will give you a nice wallpaper too. |
