PH-BUI (cn 21111/276) KLM Flight 9165 from Amsterdam to Dubai, cruising at FL350, seen from 1000 ft above. Maybe the largest trails I've ever seen... This B747, named 'Wilbur Wright', will be replaced December this year by a 747-400ER freighter

Iberia
Airbus A320-214
Barcelona (- El Prat) (BCN / LEBL)
Spain, May 12, 2001
Remark
Photographer
EC-HKN (cn 1347) Too low!!!! I was shooting a/c on Rwy 20 when I realised that this 320 was approaching way too low and turned the camera to capture it. Fortunately the truck driver hit the brakes before passing below! As you can see, you can get really close to the action here. (As of mid-June 2001 this road section has been closed and deviated) Aircraft was re-registred EC-HUL in July 2001. See a normal approach

Remark

So mesmerised by this sight that I almost forgot to take a photograph. Four aircraft in all dominated by the A330 in front and its huge contrail.

G-CPER (cn 29113/784) Alfred Hitchcock would love this shot... Almost a serious birdstrike... Fortunately nor the plane neither the birds have been hurt in this incident.

N77006 (cn 29476/183) EWR-HKG. CO Flight 99. This flight took us directly over the geographical north pole. On this picture you can see the last bit of land before we reach the pack-ice. The view was stunning with snow and ice as far as one could see and a deep blue sky.
