Quite a unique situation. The tower told us that rwy 19 had some bad weather but that rwy 01 was quite okay. We thought that if rwy 01 was okay, the other side will also be good. We came from the south and first made a localizer approach on 19. During the missed approach we saw what the controller ment! Impossible to get in on rwy 19 and an easy visual on rwy 01. The tower is completely obscured on the right side of the picture. |
