Remark
Photographer
N6937C (cn 4830) The seating on the TWA Connie was bi-directional and as you can see quite spacious. This young lady seemed quite comfortable looking out of the window. At the far end of the isle is the cockpit. This bird still flies with the wonderful folks at the Airline History Museum.

Van Nuys (VNY)
USA - California, November 7, 2006
Remark
Photographer
N1934D / NC13711/322 (cn 1368) What a good luck to see this rare DC-2 flying on this unusually warm day at VNY. It is now preserved in the Museum of Flight in Seattle and most probably will never be seen flying again.
