It wears the remnants of NAL's scheme when visiting Kloten on a club transatlantic excursion. Withdrawn and broken up in April 1971.

I-DALT (c/n 10400), second in line, was an ex USAAF C-54A converted to DC-4 standard by Douglas and acquired by AZ in March 1950 for operation on their routes to Buenos Aires and Caracas. Sold in 1954. From AZ 60 years ago.

RA-05 Second prototype of the Heli Baby was in first half 1956 tested by Czechoslovakia Air Force with 50. spojlp (liaison air regiment) at Klecany. In sommer was used in Romania during reed harvesting. Then served by 4th flight of 1. dvlp (transport-parachute air regiment) at Praha-Kbely. During his military service changed registrations RA-05, D-50, 0002 and in 1959 OK-10. Presently is preserved in the National Technical Museum at Praha.

The fuel burst into flames when the spray hit the APU doing $1.5 million in damage. India Mike was scraped in 2009 after over 40 years of service
