JA8119 (cn 20783/230) Crashed on mount Osutaka / Gunma on 12 August 1985. The crash was caused by a faulty repair of rear pressure bulkhead that caused the tail and APU to be blown away. The disaster killed 520 people onboard and remains as the deadliest single air disaster in history

Sadly, W/O May 25, 1979 as N110AA with American Airlines at ORD as Flight 191 attempting to operate ORD-LAX. Crashed after her left engine fell off the left wing. 271 passengers and 2 on ground were fatalities - r.i.p. A tribute to those that did not survive.
