General Dynamics (Fokker) F-16AM Fighting Falcon (401)
In Flight
Belgium, September 2009
Remark
Photographer
J-008 (cn 6D-164) Ooh yes, this is definately the way to get the attention of the class ;-) I told the photographers onboard the Skyvan photoship to use a longer lens like 70-200mm to get that "in your face" look...well, I believe this is it! And it was a great day for vortexes too. I guess a number of photographers will hope to get a similar view during the Air-to-Air Academy courses & first Photoflying Days in May...well, you never know ;-)

USA - Washington, 1999
Remark
Photographer
N550YS (cn 97-001) Slide scan. MFR 1997. This AC used to be a Lake amphibian. It is very highly modified with a stretched fuselage, retract wingtip floats & 6cyl engine & that's just the beginning. Workmanship is exellent!

8436 (cn V65-034) This Sikorsky CH-53G crashed on November 28, 2008 near the "Graustock" mountain (2600 meter above sea level). Happily all member of the crew are still alive. I was waiting for weeks for good weather conditions and I was walking for over 6 hours to get this picture. I hope you all like it!

Switzerland - Air Force
Northrop F-5E Tiger II
Payerne (LSMP)
Switzerland, September 4, 2004
Remark
Photographer
J-3066 (cn L1066/1159) Do you still remember when "La Patrouille des Patrouilles" flew over Payerne one year ago? It was a wonderful moment! I believe that this photo is the only one with not just 40 aircraft on it. There is an airliner visible, just next to the leader of the patrouille. So on this image are 41 aircraft. Check it out!
