VT-ANH (cn 36276/35) Air India's Dream Machine finally in its garage - Air India Kalina Hanger #3 at Santa Cruz. The Heartbreaking part was these young AMEs - the future of Indian Aviation disallowed entry into the a/c when other petty AI officials had a free run. N793CK (cn 23736/673) An awesome Classic Connie B742F on tow from Bay 98 for Bay 3 during the last few minutes of 'The Golden Hour' operating one of 10 Australian Defence Force chaters. She would depart at night bound for Singapore a Kabul and return 2 days later via New Delhi. Most people were expecting these services to be opperated by the -400's although every service during the 10 days were all Classic -200's which hopefully fly for many years to come! |
