It is seen here painted to resemble VR-SCD (cn 4324) which started service with Malayan Airways in May 1947 between Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and Penang. At the time the picture was taken, it was parked inside the SQ hangar at SIN. |

First flight was July 2, 1986. Delivery date was July 17, 1986. Built as 747-3H6M, cvt'd to 747-3H6(SF) freighter. Other serials - B-KAC with Dragonair Cargo - delivered during April 2002, N73741 with The Boeing Company, and also 9M-MHK with Ansett Australia. Wears FN K with Malaysia. Stored at VCV on September 9, 2008. Broken-up at VCV during Feb 2010. |
