G-AWNA (cn 19761/23) Seen here at the British Airways engineering base after a test firing of the number 3 right door ramp and off-wing slide, prior to the aircraft entering the hangar for a major overhaul. These off-wing slides and door ramps were later removed and doors 3 left and right de-activated. A satisfactory evacuation could be accomplished using the remaining 8 main deck doors plus the upper deck door. |
