D-AICH (cn 971) An unmistakable perspective towards this looong Terminal 2 with all these loads of Lufthansa tails lined up one after the other proudly showing off that this is Germany's second busiest hub beside Fraport. The outaxiing crane and intaxiing Condor (both are biological birds though ;-)), which still keeps its spoilers deployed, add a nice touch of fresh colors to the frame too. That sunshine couldn' t get brighter that day either (there was no single cloud) and hence I would say that it was nothing but a great start into the autumn season on the Northern hemisphere! |

D-ACPQ (cn 10091) Right after getting airborne from 08L as LH954 to Sylt/Westerland we had a perfect view onto Terminal 2. On the other side on 08R Thai A340-600 is leaving the runway and we have Lufthansa´s Ju-52 on the apron. |

It rains over the airport, we are on short final of runway 25L while a Cathay Pacific Cargo B747 its departing from runway 18, three airplanes are taxiing to parking via taxiway C after landing on 25L. On 25R, a Lufthansa's B744 its lining up and a Japanese B777 makes a right turn after departure. |
