F-HPJE (cn 052) Air France flight 066, from Paris to Los Angeles, flies closer to Manchester than I have seen before, which presented an opportunity to take a photo from home. Flying at FL300, so not yet at cruising level, the aircraft turned left to track out over the Irish sea towards Northern Ireland. Thanks again to Michael B for guidance. |

A6-EDH (cn 025) Emirates Flight EK18 is seen here setting off into the freezing sunset on its way to Dubai, shedding clouds of de-icer fluid which had been sprayed over the airframe, delaying the departure by an hour.
