Good morning, Denver! Local time is now 8:56AM, and the seat belt sign has just been illuminated. This photograph was taken during our descent into runway 17R at Denver from Austin as UA1193 (N340UA, Boeing 737-322) Magnificent Rocky Mountains are always captured as a backdrop in this direction, which makes us happy. Soon this entire land will be covered with snow, which give us the awesome platform for the winter photography. Also, I am happy to see the Denver skyline (upper left corner) as well. |

Located on the northern outskirts of Melbourne, most of the hangars at this private strip have only gone up in the last few years. Likewise, the westernmost runway (left, in this photo) has only been added fairly recently as the eastern (parallell) runway gets pretty boggy in winter. |
