90-26230 (cn 70-1597) During the 920th Rescue Wing role demonstration at the 2011 edition of the Cocoa Beach airshow, this 308th Rescue Squadron HH-60 makes an attempt to show the public the various ways of extracting PJs from the water. Due to the high swells, rip currents and heave downdraft from the rotors, a wave breaks early, resulting in a wall of water engulfing the helicopter. The PJ never made it into the helicopter as the 'rescue’ was called off. |

I had the exposure going long enough to catch 2 planes take off while the security camera at the far right remained pointed at me making sure all things were green light. |
