MX A320 descended on glideslope from 3500 AGL for Rwy 24R while CX 744 did same from 2200 AGL for Left side. Cathay 744 was told to hold 170 kts steady so MX can land just a bit ahead. And the result was perfect approach with spectacular results. |

VH-OEJ (cn 32914/1331) My 1000th shot on A.net! Believe it or not, it took me over 3 years to make this photograph. Wunala Dreaming, a frequent visitor to LAX, rarely utilizes the gate at the TBIT which I require to make all my LAX night shots. Furthermore, it is even more unusual for her to hold while being towed from the maintenance area and into the gate, vital to the successful night shot. Well, patience finally paid off!
