NH025 from Tokyo-Haneda is moments away from touch down on R/W32L and completing 787's first passenger flight to Osaka-Itami as the gloomy sky creates some interesting reflections on her smooth fuselage. What a great moment to welcome a 787 at the airport near my home town, it's a view I've ever dreamed of since years ago. 162611 / NE-111 (cn 533) It's a shame these birds have been withdrawn from service, but nothing lasts forever. Here on board USS Ranger moored at Fremantle, Perth, Western Australia, were F14s from VF-1 (Wolfpack) and VF-2 (Bounty Hunters). In this particular image from right to left is NE-111 (162611); NE-207 (160654); NE-211 (161271); and NE-105 (162607). This was to be the last visit to Australian waters for USS Ranger before being de-commissioned. This image was taken on Kodak 35mm 100ASA Negative film. Negative scanned. |
