Remark

PK-LID (cn 20363/218) Imagine my surprise when I turned up at the airport to find that Lion Airlines had a new B737-200 and that it still carried the colours of its former operator, Nations Air. It looks great!! I love hybrids. was

Lion Airlines
Yakovlev Yak-42D
Singapore - Changi (SIN / WSSS)
Singapore, March 2001
Remark
Photographer
RA-42408 (cn 4520424116698) Lion Airlines of Indonesia operated the Yak-42 on the Palembang-Singapore route (albeit briefly). This is certainly one of the most exotic Russian-made airliners ever seen in Singapore, and caused quite a buzz amongst photographers here.
