N7547A / 547 (cn 53029/1814) Sky and lake seem to merge here as AA1956 is on the downwind for runway 24R in a late Canadian evening. The City Centre Airport and downtown Toronto along with the Rogers Centre and the CN Tower are clearly visible. Also the Air Canada Centre (which still claims for its fans and an NHL season), Harbour Square (my home for the next weeks) and some other interesting things are visible. |

Most pictures of Toronto island airport are from CN tower, now this one is taken from the plane. As you can see, the whole Toronto island is right below us with the airport in the left side. Also, the downtown finance core, the Toronto's landmarks CN Tower and the white stadium (skydome) are also in the frame. [Canon 10D] |
