N5517 (cn 1023) This Electra landed up as a freighter with Zantop but was destroyed by fire on the ground at Willow Run on 14.4.93. Marking upfront is the Bicentennial sticker which was applied to most of the Eastern fleet at the time

N8774 (cn 45894/297) Pulling off of JFK's r/w 13R, this 1967 Super DC-8 was sold to Air Jamaica as 6Y-JGG three months after the photo. Went on to Capitol (N915CL) in 6.83 and Airborne Express in 2.89, becoming N850AX. Wfu 4.01 and to Wilmington, OH for storage; b/u around 2005

N88951 (cn 35987) "Clipper Racer" soon after repainting in Pan Am's second postwar scheme with white top and larger 'PAA' on the fin. Ex USAAF 45-0534 in May 1947 and returnd to the USAF in November 1953. Stored at DM from September 1972 and broken up. From Pan Am over 50 years ago.

N7526A (cn 18054/140) Seen on a pre-delivery flight in 1961, this 707-123B had first flown on 22 June 1960 but had been retained for tests. Accepted by American on 25 May 1961 and sold in July 1978. This is the short fuselage version of the 707. Obtained from Boeing 50 years ago.
