East African
Douglas DC-9-14
Nairobi - Wilson (West) (WIL / HKNW)
Kenya, March 14, 2012
Remark
Photographer
5Y-XXA (cn 45725/19) East African has exchanged its cheetah-livery for a more modest one ever since EA was bought by the owner of Fly540. X-Ray Alpha is the only DC-9 in service, since its twin sister (X-Ray Bravo) seems to be laid off and standing stored at Jomo Kenyatta. Here 5Y-XXA is moved to a platform at Wilson airport in the morning after it had arrived for maintenance.

Mojave (MHV)
USA - California, May 10, 2011
Remark
Photographer
XA-AGS (cn 45786/90) Aero California DC9s share a mass grave, but I particularly feel bad for the Midwest MD-80. The REAL Midwest was the Best Care in the Air.
