Photographer
Lovely Port Allen Airport. It's a small, uncontrolled airfield on the Southwest side of Kauai island, mainly used by "Inter-Island Helicopters" and a few other small skydiving operators. The urban area above the airport is the industrial town of Hanapepe. Photo taken from Inter-Island Helicopters MD-530F N911VC. [Canon EOS 20D]

Untitled
Beech U-8D Seminole (50)
Eagle Mountain - Jake Garn (17U) (closed)
USA - Utah, November 4, 2007
Remark
Photographer
N907SP (cn RLH-45) Sitting, devoid of engines, rudder, wingtips, cockpit instruments, and many other critical parts, at Eagle Mountain airport. The interior is completely stripped, except for a few stickers saying "SKYKING," "Connecticut Parachutists, Inc.," and "Sky Hawks - Canadian Parachute Team." It's safe to hazard a guess that this was at one point in time a skydiving plane, but it's almost certain that the flying future of this bird is over. On a positive note, the Oquirrh mountains look great today!
