Remark
Photographer
PP-VQU (cn 20880/1037) No. The pilot didn't forget to lower the gear. This was the second of a four very low fly-by of this beautiful machine in the last day of EAB2004. A must see. [Canon EOS 300D]

Nagoya - Komaki (NKM / RJNA)
Japan, June 16, 2003
Remark
Photographer
JA8986 (cn 28838/680) Anyone for a swim? In a rather damp Nagoya, this JAL 767 is getting its feet very wet as the thrust reversers kick up plenty of spray

Boeing
Boeing 777-367
Keflavik (KEF / BIKF)
Iceland, April 18, 1998
Remark
Photographer
N5014K (cn 27507/94) This is not an Icelandic Airliner, but the latest Boeing 777-300 prototype. It spent Saturday April 18, 1998 doing crosswind landings and take-offs at Keflavik. We know that Keflavik is windy, but evidently its fame has spread to Seattle. The aircraft is shown taking off for home on April 19, rotating at exactly 3500 feet on runway 11 as the pilots said it would.

Eastern Air Lines
Lockheed L-1011-385-1 TriStar 1
Freeport - Grand Bahama (FPO / MYGF)
Bahamas, November 2, 1980
Remark
Photographer
N329EA (cn 193A-1085) Eastern flight 854 from Freeport Bahamas to Miami Florida 2nd of nov 1980. I was booked on a Bahamasair flight when I heard the final call for Eastern departure. Quickly I ask at the check-in counter if I could change my ticket to go with the Tristar instead and the girl said it was possible. It was the first and only time I flew the Tristar. I was the last passenger onboard but there was time for a snap-shoot…
