VQ-BLA (cn 5215) This lovely G550 is seen rocketing out of Samedan's runway 21 just as the sun fades away to the West and makes us freeze a little more due to some harsh winds this afternoon. The last rays give the fuselage a nice orange hue as the jet climbs away from the Engadine valley and out over the mountain tops, before heading North towards the UK. |

OE-GPS (cn 550-0837) Usually a photographer only gets decent pannings with 1/200th of a second at venues similar to Axalp or the Red Bull Air Race Series, however today this Innsbruck based Citation delighted a couple of photographers with an awesome gear-up overshoot just a few meters above runway 08 / 26. A fantastic scene to watch, and all the best for the Captain, who was gratefully allowed to celebrate his retirement with a tad more action instead of a water salute! :-) |

PH-CHT (cn 40) the first businessjet to pose behind the Invicta Skyvan photoship! We are on the way to the coast of Scheveningen for a photoshoot over the famous 'kuhrhaus'....here the Falcon was still flying with the slats extended, but in the second part of the photoflight she was used to us and gave us a fantastic show in cruising configuration. At the same time a commercial film was produced for the company. Businessjets will be among the many participating aircraft in the first Air-to-Air Academy! |

VP-CBX (cn 511) By now you all probably know that the approach into Samedan is an amazing one, but this Gulf just beats what I've seen so far. Thanks to quite some crosswind it seems like he is heading in my direction which results in the ability to get a beautiful head-on shot of this Bizjet. This is a full colour photo and not manipulated at all. The sun was directly in line with the airplane approaching, that's why this fuselage is shadowed too, and thanks to the bright snow from below the full plane is lit perfectly, while the scenery is severely underexposed.
