The B747 is truely an amazing aircraft, which changed the meaning of aviation! This ex Singapore Airlines (formally 9V-SMA, their first B744) is seen at HNL on its delivery flight to China, where she will be converted to a freighter. A few months later, this bird will be with Martinair. |

HS-TNC (cn 689) I am not sure since how long Thai has switch from B744 to A346 operating between LAX-KIX-BKK and vice versa. My first flight on Thai's now routine opeation between BKK and LAX using A346. Luckily my seat 2A is not yet a mess to photograph demonstrating Thai's new Royal Orchid First Class. This flight is to BKK via KIX with 11hrs 50mins follow by 5hrs and 4mins from KIX-BKK. |

HS-TNA (cn 677) A closer look at just the Royal Orchid first class seat section, 2E, on HS-TNA my flight from BKK-LAX via KIX. We are just probably about a little over 2 hours flying with meals already served. Looking at the control, the seating has 3 standard mode with 7 additional fine mode to adjust for comfort. It got on demand PVT with 14" touch screen LCD. Its got heck load of entertainment to keep you busy circling the globe twice. The flight time from BKK-KIX is 5hrs and 10min with 45 mins stop-over. |

HL7596 (cn 28681/322) An example of the very comfortable business class seats that my wife and I would occupy on our 10-hour flight from ICN to SYD onboard Asiana flight 601. These seats were more comfortable than our business class seats on the 744 that we flew from LAX to ICN. Our flight on the 777 was smooth as silk, and the flight attendants were the best and most professional I have ever seen. I'd definitely fly Asiana again. [D100] |
