Still here are Eastern Air Lines 727 - N8852E, A300 - N205EA, 757 - N505EA, and unknown L-1011. 757 and L-1011 were to leave last night. 727 and A300 this morning. First flight was September 19, 1972. Delivery date was September 29, 1972. Other serials - XA-SXE with AeroEx Aeroejecutivo and AVIACSA Consorcio Aviaxsa SA, and also N8852E with Pan Am named "Clipper Bostonian", Braniff, Aereon, and Extex International. WFU at MEX during September 2003.

G-VAST (cn 28757/1117) This Virgin 747 came to Prestwick for a feature on the UK TV car program "Top Gear" as well as "Braniac"and you can see the TV presenter, Richard Hammond, doing his intro piece while standing inside one of the engines. The purpose was to run two engines at full power and two cars were driven in front of them to show how powerful jet engines are. (1/350th & F9.5 285mm)
