No wonder there was so much protest by other airlines about the legality of them getting clearence from the DOT. I mean come one, any competitor would be scared or a rival with an interior like this. This flight of mine from SFO to JFK was flown by Capt. Dan Brook and Mark Bohney. Our landing into JFK was piloted by Mark Bohney. I love Virgin america, the service was excellent the IFE was great and the staff was spot on. What a truly great way to fly. Taken with the Canon 400D along wiht the Sigma 8mm Fisheye. |

9V-SFM (cn 32898/1333) The right main wheel blew out on landing and the Captain used maximum reverse thrust to slow her down. Shown in this photo is a combination of smoke from the burning rubber and a massive amount of dust from the reversers. The Airport fire trucks followed this aircraft but were not needed and I must say this was a very exciting photo to capture. |
