N313RC (cn 48091/1041) Strange to see a "younger" aircraft is scrapped, although NWA has still a lot of DC-9's flying around. Parts of a B-747 (TF-ABR) are still around and one piece is used as shelter for... Cars.

Remark

5X-ONE (cn 46952/185) Arrived from Manston 11th January. Now looking a bit sad sitting on it's belly being scrapped. The B747 behind is TF-ATC which arrived from Gatwick on 20th April also for scrapping. Lying on the ground are some fuselage parts which look to be from the Canada 3000 A310 that was broken up recently.

Untitled
Boeing 737-112
Tucson - International (Municipal No.2) (TUS / KTUS)
USA - Arizona, August 9, 2006
Remark
Photographer
N772WH (cn 19772/217) First delivered to Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA) in 1969, this -100 was the last of its type off the Boeing assembly line. Since its beginning, this classic has flown for Singapore Airlines, Air Florida and spent its remaining years with the Mexico's Air Force. During that time it was the only active flying -100. Sadly this a/c has met its end here in Tucson as it is broken up for scrap.

P4-MDH (cn 53580/2246) Some are missing tails while some are missing cockpits, none of them will fly again! What surprise me is how quick the MD90 ProAir is being scrapped. Really no market for them? [Nikon D2x]

Remark
Photographer
N431US (cn 24553/1799) Del 12/22/1989 is now stored at Mojave Airport (MHV) and being slowly parted out, it looks as though the airplane is trying to make its way to the skies in a vain attempt to escape.
