EC-HTD (cn 1550) Close encounter over the Pyrenees with IB3317 coming from ARN 2000' below. Overflying 'Lake d'Artouste' close to the border with Spain. The dam on the top right section is clearly seen. The lake is a reservoir and the small mountain train that was used for its construction in the mid 20th century is still used as popular summer attraction. B-2471 (cn 29071/1229) The most ununsual sunrise I have ever experienced. We are pumping out the fuel before making an emergency landing to Anchorage. On our flight from LAX to PEK, a passenger was sick and experienced a shock. In case of life threat of the passenger, the captain decided to divert to ANC.
