Boeing 737-8CX
Southend - Rochford (SEN / EGMC)
UK - England, April 2004
Remark
Photographer
OK-TVE (cn 30294/1469) As you can see this engine is almost new having only flown a few hours, with not a dirt mark on it. This aircraft left Boeing without winglets, and they have now been fitted by ATC Lasham at Southend. The blue box in the shot was from Aviation Partners with the pair of winglets.

Ecuador, February 19, 2005
Remark

HC-BZS / FAE-620 (cn 21620/1419) What a interesting pic! One of the most detailed ever that I've taken. This is a rear view of the three engines of the 727. (JT8D-15) You can see here the Stage 3 Hushkits and also see the actual engine turbine blades inside, engine No.3 open for a check, with fuel line visible, and engine No.2 open as well! And the very original 727 rear stairs. Major detail on this one! (Olympus C-750)

Remark

N435WN (cn 32455/1328) Ever wonder what the back of the radio racks look like? I took a break from my ACARS wiring mod work to snap this shot in the forward cargo compartment with the forward bulkhead panels removed. It really gives an idea of the immense amount of wiring contained within these aircraft.

N733SA (cn 27865/320) A variation on the engine close-up shot. During a 5Y (five year) check, this No.1 engine had its fan cowls removed, nose cowl robbed and fan blades taken out for inspection of the dovetail surfaces. This shot gives a good view of the EEC, oil tank and ignition exciter boxes (all on the inboard side).
