F-GSQT (cn 32846/616) "AFR 620" had to divert to Lajes with some problems on engine #2. This was a flight from Paris to Guadeloupe that ended on a emergency landing in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, this aircraft landed with the engine #2 in the idle position and had to wait for a new engine that arrived two days later on a Air France 747F, the passengers stayed the night on Terceira waiting for another T7 to take them to their destination. Note the engine #2 during the reverse, it is not motion blured as the #1. |
