(transport squadron) / 24. zDL (transport air force base) of Tomas Garrigue Masaryk in Praha-Kbely.

Helicopter was delivered to Czechoslovakia in September 1986 and assigned to 1. smdlp (mixed transport air regiment), in 1994 was transfered to 33. zVrL, operated with 334. vrr. SOR (helicopter flight of forces for instant reaction) and in 1998-2001 participated in SFOR operations in Bosnia and Hercegovina. In mid-December 2007 was donated to Afghanistan.
