Photo ID: 0537689 Views: 16678 Aircraft Location & Date Germany - Air Force Junkers Ju-87B Stuka Off-Airport - Sinsheim Germany, January 10, 2004 Remark Photographer 1301643 (cn 1301643) This rare Ju-87 was rescued from the sea bed of the bay near St. Tropez in France. It was rescued from a depth of 60 metres, where it sank after being shot down on 16 Aug 1944, while attacking the Allied invasion fleet. It belonged to the 4.StG77.
