N183JB (cn 19000007) Now this is way cool. While the First Officer brings up the electrical schematic on his inboard display (notice how he uses the touchpad below the FMC), the Captain handles the radios and reviews the paperwork for jetBlue 1015 back down to JFK. Also notice the lack of any displays on the mode control panel (autopilot) - all information is actually shown on the PFD. Oh, and the paper-clipped piece of paper on the bottom of the frame...that's my log sheet. Never leave home without it! |

N183JB (cn 19000007) A look inside the beautiful glass cockpit of "Azul Brasileiro", one of JetBlue's new Embraer 190s. Now that's what I call an office. |

N183JB (cn 19000007) Two-by-two leather seating, LiveTV, XM Satellite Radio and new larger screens, these new JetBlue E190's are going to be a very nice addition to the fleet. |

N183JB (cn 19000007) The money, gas, and time I spent to get this plane. You all have no idea. I drove around that airport at least 5 times starting to go home and give up. Thank goodness no cops were around because I wasn't always going the speed limit either when I would return to the spot to get it. Finally, right as I made my 5th attempt to get it, it got airborn and I got this shot of it climbing out. This made my day. Thanks to Brian Futterman. [Canon 300D] |
