Singapore Airlines
Boeing 737-112
Singapore - Paya Lebar (QPG / WSAP)
Singapore, January 1979
Remark
Photographer
9V-BFF (cn 19772/217) The "Waving Deck" as it was called at Paya Lebar was quite good, even after they glassed it in and air-conditioned it.

Untitled
Boeing 737-112
Tucson - International (Municipal No.2) (TUS / KTUS)
USA - Arizona, August 9, 2006
Remark
Photographer
N772WH (cn 19772/217) First delivered to Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA) in 1969, this -100 was the last of its type off the Boeing assembly line. Since its beginning, this classic has flown for Singapore Airlines, Air Florida and spent its remaining years with the Mexico's Air Force. During that time it was the only active flying -100. Sadly this a/c has met its end here in Tucson as it is broken up for scrap.

Remark

N772WH (cn 19772/217) Ironically my first sighting of a -100 happened to be the last -100 off the Boeing assembly line.

Mexico - Air Force
Boeing 737-112
Mexico City (- Licenciado Benito Juarez International) (MEX / MMMX)
Mexico, August 4, 2004
Remark
Photographer
TP-03 (cn 19772/217) At that time, this was the only 737 100 operating in the world. Fuerza Aerea Mexicana sadly retired it only 3 weeks later. Here, still in FAM colors, taxies for take off position on a rainy morning.

Mexico - Air Force
Boeing 737-112
Mexico City (- Licenciado Benito Juarez International) (MEX / MMMX)
Mexico, August 25, 2004
Remark
Photographer
TP-03 (cn 19772/217) This might not be the best photo around (foggy, far, backlit, etc.), but maybe it will be a once in a lifetime. This is TP-03 this morning, wearing close to nothing. No decals, no markings, no cheat lines. Nothing!! White TP-03. My only hope is that it is on its way to a new paint job. Update: 01-Sep-04, FAM is retiring this plane.

TP-03 (cn 19772/217) Taxi cab to the airport $7.50 USD, Film: $2 USD, processing $5 USD. To catch the only active 737-100 in the world on Fujichorme... priceless
