Here Virgin Blue Airlines Boeing 737-8FE "Ballina-Rina Blue" with its satellite TV antenna on top of the fuselage is on approach on runway 23. To the right of the aircraft is the newly constructed control tower for YPAD. This aircraft was formerly registered in the USA as N1782B and first flew on the 7th August 2007.

Remark
Photographer
VH-VUL (cn 36603/2356) Very few people actually appreciate what visual delights nature has on offer for us day by day. The two hour flight from Sydney to Melbourne went by in no time, and I never get enough of seeing the beauty of a sunrise or sunset from the air. This photograph was taken after a rwy 25 departure at YSSY heading southwest towards Victoria.
