C-FCPS (cn LN024) HAWC 1 is shown here in a hover about 7 feet above the ground. The Calgary Police Service purchased this NOTAR a few years ago. This is the actual 520N used by the LAPD in the hit Keanu Reeves / Sandra Bullock movie "Speed." The city of Calgary bought it shortly after filming was completed and it has since seen many hours fighting crime from the sky using it's infra red camera. The FLIR unit can be seen just under the nose.
