N42-510 / 510 (cn 11510) An RAN Agusta A109E Power, with rotors turning at Russell Offices, Canberra in July 2007. The helicopter is used for training by 723 Squadron at NAS Nowra, and had just flown from Sydney to Canberra. Gloss Black paint with Gold titles (representing Winter Dress uniform) is a new livery for the RAN. Sister-ship N42-501 wears Grey Working Dress livery, while N42-505 wears White livery with Blue titles, representing Summer Dress uniform. The first A109 I photographed was VH-DMR in 1985. |

She was formerly I-PAWR (cn 11510) and served with the Swedish Air Force (92), as did Grey-liveried sister-ship N42-501 (cn 11501), formerly I-POWR (91) and VH-NPY. N42-505 (cn 11505) is also with 723 Sqn Nowra. |
