Photographer
54-0465 / JN (cn 44765) On guard at the Shaw AFB main gate in April 1995, this EB-66C Destroyer wears the 'JN' tail code of the 39th TEWTS which was based at Shaw during the Vietnam War. Her sister ship '466' was shot down in April 1972 and this initiated the famous 'BAT-21' rescue.

Douglas WB-66D Destroyer
Tucson - Davis-Monthan AFB (DMA / KDMA)
USA - Arizona, February 14, 1987
Remark
Photographer
55-0395 / JN (cn 45027) A relatively rare aircraft these days, this Douglas WB-66D Destroyer was preserved in the Pima Air & Space Museum in February 1987. She appears to retain her original markings, the "JN" code denoting ownership by the Shaw AFB based 39th TEWTS when she was in service. She was most likely retired in the early 70's.
