UK - England, April 1, 2006
Remark

G-DHZZ / WZ589 (cn 990) An extremely rare opporunity to glimpse this two-seat de Havilland Vampire. Built in Switzerland and operated by the Swiss AF as U-1230, she was flown on the airshow circuit by Source Classic Jet Flight in the 1990s, then placed in open store out of sight at Bournemouth for several years. Recently purchased by Norwegian Kenneth Aarkvisla and soon to be exported to his home airport of Sandefjord Torp, where she will be hangared with the Norway Dakota (LN-WND).
