CP-1283 (cn 45527/1017) It looks like this old girl has spent another 2 decades sat motionless at El alto since this shot. La Cumbre is the name of a 15,000ft, switch-backing mountain pass that twists over the Andes NE of La Paz, and then drops down the other side into the Beni lowlands where much of the beef that was once hauled inside this beautiful old propliner is farmed. |
