Departure hall at Sangster International as I wait for my flight back to Manchester at gate 19. The concourse is spacious with lots of seats. Several shops sell regular duty free items and last minute souvenirs with a bar and restaurant. There are good views over the ramp and runway although the strong window tints make photography difficult (Canon 50D + Sigma 10-20 EX DG HSM) |

Sangster International Airport terminal and control tower at Jamaica's second city, Montego Bay. The airport is named in honour of the second and shortest serving Prime Minister of Jamaica, Sir Donald Sangster who served between 23rd February 1967 – 11th April 1967 following the islands independance in 1962. Sir Sangster died in office of a subarachnoid haemorrhage after serving only 48 days (Canon 50D + 24-105 F/4 L) |
