S7-AIR (cn 1535) Beside the local shuttle company Helicopter Seychelles Limited, Zil Air is a newcomer in the industry, providing scenic flights and comfortable passenger transfers all across the islands of Seychelles as well. The bee is seen shortly before lifting off at its tiny base for a next service to one of the unique atolls. Was formerly N927JM and operated services with "Wells Fargo Bank Northwest NA Trustee" and "JKM Property Holdings II" by the same reg, following the new reg, S7-AIR, on January 13, 2009. S7-AAJ (cn 499) "Isle of Desroches" on short finals for Runway 15 after a 15 minutes flight from Mahe. Air Seychelles marked the 30 years independence celebrations under the national theme "Selebre Sesel" (Celebrate Seychelles) by launching a new livery of its inter-island fleet. The new livery features large tropical and multi-coloured hibiscus flowers on the body of the aircraft with the official Selbre Sesel slogan embossed on the tail of the aircraft. |

That is the runway, the winsock and the fire equipment of the small private island named Bird Island. A grass runway for only one plane a day. The Twin Otter from Air Seychelles first fly over the island to see the windsock for the right runway decision. No tower and no radio clearances are available. |
