623 Sudan's Fulcrums are forth-generation machines, delivered in 2004. It is unclear if Sudanese or foreign pilots control the stick, but it is clear they can fly a impressive display. 623, 624 and 606 as the icing on the cake during a military parade for independence day.

623 MiG-29s of the SudAF are based at Wadi Sayidina, north-west of Khartoum. The last three days of 2007 MiG-29s showed their power over the capital. Here the 623 in a solo high speed pass at the end of the display. Khartoum airport was closed for the occasion.

623 The 623 together with MiG-29UB 602 on their way back to their base. This day the SudAF demonstrated a pair of their Fulcrums, after the air force flew over Khartoum with two Chinese-built K-8s training jets in formation.
